Ashley Robbins has been in the Power Generation industry for over 25 years, working for various reputable and well known commercial generator companies in the Atlanta area. Ashley served 5 years in the United States Army as a (52D) Generator Mechanic in a Direct support maintenance company for a Patriot Missile Battalion, where he completed 2 deployments overseas in those 5 years, one of which was a 10 month deployment in a combat-zone in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. After his service in the Army, Ashley continued his generator career in the civilian sector where he has spent the last 20(+) years developing extensive Commercial & Residential experience in the field as well as received exceptional training from multiple generator manufacturers (like Cummins, Kohler, MTU & Generac). Ashley uses the discipline that he gained from the Army and his skill set that he's developed over these past two decades to lead his company with Integrity, Honesty & Reliability.

Residential Preventive Maintenance Plans:
We offer Preventive Maintenance services to help keep your emergency back-up generator system operating like new and without hesitation, backed by our guarantee that your generator system & related accessories will achieve a higher performance & longer life expectation when All Pro Generator Service & Repair has performed the maintenance. Preventive maintenance is very important to your emergency back-up generator system. If performed correctly and on a consistent basis, it will help prevent unexpected & unwanted failures & repairs. Preventive maintenance isn't just changing oil and filters, it also includes factory recommended maintenance & thorough inspections. We completely clean the generator and transfer switch thoroughly and ensure that insects & rodents are not finding their way in. Ants can get into the controller and cause catastrophic damage. Mice, rats & squirrels like to get into generators and chew on wiring and cause severe damage. While some generator companies welcome this because it means they'll make extra money repairing what the insects and rodents damage, we prefer to make sure that it never happens in the first place.
We are factory trained & certified with Generac, however we are also factory trained on many other type generators and we will work on ALL types of standby power systems.

Load Bank Testing:
Load bank testing is an essential performance test for diesel generators. When load banked correctly, it can validate that the generator can properly handle the nameplate KW load rating. It can also enhance the engine's performance and it can identify potential problematic areas. Load bank testing can also clear up "wet-stacking" or "slobbering" that may be seeping from the turbos or exhaust piping. Wet-stacking is a term used in this industry to identify an issue with the generator when the generator typically isn't properly loaded to it's full potential for extended periods of time. When this happens, unused diesel fuel mix with carbon deposit and "soot" within the engine causing it to seep from the exhaust piping. A lot of people mistake this for oil leaks because it looks just like oil. However, a load bank test can clear this right up.
Diesel Fuel Top-off & Delivery:
All Pro Generator Service & Repair can top-off your diesel tank while we're on site performing maintenance to help minimize down-time & helps keep costs down from calling us out after-hours to refill your fuel tank during an emergency situation.
Diesel Fuel Polishing:
Fuel polishing is another service that we offer which is necessary to keep your stagnant diesel fuel as clean as possible. Diesel fuel is already a dirty fuel but when it doesn't get used it just sits in your fuel tank accumulating moisture/condensation because the fuel tank "sweats", accumulating moisture build-up over time. Brand new fuel can also be delivered contaminated with water and sediment. The sediment can be picked up from the bottom of your fuel tank & will clog up your fuel filters causing costly repairs.. When we polish the fuel, we pick it up at the bottom of the fuel tank and the fuel cycles through our system of filters and is placed back into the fuel tank but on the opposite end. Once we've completed the polishing process, we add diesel fuel conditioner & additives to help keep your fuel fresh and ready for when your generator needs to run!

Remote Monitoring:
Remote monitoring allows you the ability to monitor the activities of your emergency back-up generator giving you the peace of mind that your generator is online & ready for any weather event. The remote monitor is installed with it's own custom wiring harness (which is wired into the controller of the generator). Once an event has been detected, it is transmitted and logged through the Power Telematics Power Link platform and then it can be sent out as a text or email to unlimited recipients. Meaning that I will be able to monitor your generator's activity as well and I will know right away if there's an issue with your generator and can get that issue corrected as soon as possible.

Remote Monitoring & Remote Annunciators:
We also offer Generac's 4G LTE cellular Mobile Link, Generac's WiFi & Ethernet connection Mobile Links and Liquid Propane (LP) tank monitoring. If you have a new Generac Air-Cooled or a Residential Liquid-Cooled generator, then most likely you already have WiFi remote monitoring. You only need to download the Mobile Link app and set your account up then pair it to your generator. We also offer Remote Annunciators that are hard-wired in with communication wire.

All Pro Generator Service & Repair helps organizations comply with the National Fire & Protection Agency policies & procedures regarding the comprehensive set of compliance codes intended to prevent loss of life during power grid failures.
